We are a provider for the Comprehensive Care Program (CCP), Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP), Primary Care Services (PCS), and Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN). If your child has a disability, they may qualify for a program that can help them financially and/or provide care for their special needs like:
